Sr. Research Executive – Qualitative (Pakistan) – Join Our Client Team
About the Role
Remotiv, on behalf of its client partner, is hiring a Sr. Research Executive (Qualitative) to join the Lahore-based team. This role offers the opportunity to dive deep into consumer behaviors, motivations, and desires through advanced qualitative research methodologies. By leveraging ethnographies, in-depth interviews, and focus groups, the Sr. Research Executive will generate meaningful insights that empower businesses across industries—ranging from consumer goods to healthcare and technology—to make more informed strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design qualitative research tools including discussion guides and screeners.
- Conduct and moderate in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies.
- Analyze qualitative data to identify patterns, motivations, and insights.
- Prepare impactful reports and visually engaging presentations for clients.
- Present research findings confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (fieldwork, operations, project management, and data processing) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage client communications and queries, bringing in subject matter experts when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in qualitative research.
- Hands-on experience conducting interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills for qualitative data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create impactful and client-ready reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with qualitative data analysis tools will be an advantage.
