Purpose
Manager Cybersecurity (Identity & Access Management) is responsible for selecting, implementing and operationalizing identity and access management (IAM) tools, technologies and solutions. The role will work with ITG in identifying access related requirements within solutions and provide appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities
Identity & Access Management Process –

  • develop and implement IAM process that aligns with the organization's overall objectives, including defining policies and procedures, designing IAM (WAF, CPAM, etc.) architecture, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Evaluates new IAM technologies and recommend strategies for their implementation, as appropriate.

Identity & Access Management Systems –

  • oversee the operation and maintenance of IAM systems, including identity provisioning, authentication, and access control (WAF, CPAM, etc.).
  • Ensure IAM systems are available, secure, and scalable to meet the needs of the organization and they comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitors IAM activities and audit logs to identify potential security threats and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

Stakeholder Management –

  • Collaborates with these groups to develop IAM policies and procedures, address issues, and ensure that IAM systems meet business requirements.

Identity Access Governance & Administration –

  • Addresses the administration and governance of identities and access rights for IAM solutions that includes a user interface and workflow engine that provide the ability to request and approve access which include ad-hoc requests for specific resources and role-based access.
  • Design and Develop the overall Identity & Access Management Governance and Regulatory Framework

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 Years of core cybersecurity experience in large enterprises, out of which at least 1 year of IAM related experience
  • A bachelor's degree in technical related field. A master's degree in CS or related field shall be preferred.
  • Certifications in Cloud related technologies CISSP/CISM shall be preferred.
