National Centre for Cybersecurity (NCCS-NEDUET) is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Developer to join our team. As a Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of cybersecurity products and solutions. You will work closely with other team members to design, develop, and test applications that are used to protect against cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test cybersecurity products and solutions.

  • Work closely with other team members to gather requirements and design specifications.

  • Write clean, well-documented code that is maintainable and scalable.

  • Test software applications to identify and fix bugs.

  • Keep up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a developer, either through employment or freelance work.

  • Strong programming skills in at least one programming language: Python/Django, Javascript, GO, and frontend frameworks like AngularJS, SigmaJS, ThreeJS and compiling Webpacks.

  • Should have experience working with Containerised / Dockerised environments.

  • Must have the ability to work with frameworks / libraries and integrate them into the code. Like Redis, Celery and more.

  • Should know about frontend hierarchy and deeper concepts of DOM like Psuedo / Shadow elements.

  • Have a good understanding of API and Synchronous / Asynchronous calls.

  • Should have understanding or have worked with Websockets / Webhooks.

  • Should have good design and UX/UI sense.

  • Have understanding of working with project management softwares such as Asana, Jira, and Gitlab.

  • Should know about version controlling and managing repositories on Github.

  • Experience with open-source software development tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
