Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
B2B appointment setting
or
lead generation
, with the ability to
engage potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule high-ticket sales calls
.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach via
    DMs, emails, and calls
    to book qualified meetings.
  • Qualify leads
    to ensure they match our high-ticket offers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track pipeline.
  • Follow up with prospects to improve booking rates.

Compensation

  • Commission-based (5–10%)
    depending on performance and KPIs.
  • Additional incentives
    for top performers.
  • Unlimited earning potential based on meetings booked and deals closed from your appointments.
  • Unlimited earning potential with
    average deal sizes of $5k–$20k.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    appointment setting for B2B high-ticket offers
    .
    g (AI, SaaS, or IT services).
  • Strong
    communication and persuasion skills
    .
  • Ability to
    handle objections
    and qualify prospects effectively.
  • Experience using
    CRM and outreach tools
    .
  • Fluent in
    English
    (spoken & written).
