Synorise, a leading provider of cost estimation services for the US construction market, is seeking an energetic and driven Sales Appointment Setter to join our growing team. Utilise your communication skills to connect with construction professionals nationwide and help drive our business forward.

Your Role at Synorise

As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the US construction industry.
  • Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers for our sales team.
  • Promote Synorise's specialized cost estimation services through strategic outbound calls and emails.
  • Build rapport with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Consistently follow up with leads and manage CRM tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed campaign goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in US-based B2B sales or lead generation.
  • Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent persuasive selling skills.
  • Confidence: Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and negotiating with clients.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
