We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Specialist to join our remote team. If you're passionate about graphic design, social media management, and running paid campaigns on Meta platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging and brand-consistent graphics for various social media platforms.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content planning for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create and monitor paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop effective strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media pages and ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
  • Basic understanding of performance analytics and insights.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
