Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing and executing social media strategies, monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, and engaging with the online community

Requirements

  • Account Warm-Up & Engagement: Warm up new social media accounts by actively interacting with users on Instagram and TikTok. This includes liking posts, commenting thoughtfully, following relevant accounts, and engaging with followers to build organic reach and credibility.
  • Content Posting: Post content at least once per day on Instagram and TikTok. The same content can be repurposed for both platforms, but it should be tailored slightly to fit each platform's format and audience. They should be a mix of videos and images.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Create visually appealing posts (images, short videos, or graphics) or curate relevant content.
  • Platform Knowledge: Comfortable with Instagram and TikTok features, including stories, reels, hashtags, and trending content.
  • Consistency & Reliability: Maintain a consistent posting schedule and proactive engagement to drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Good understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
