Job Summary:

The Female Business Development Executive will be responsible for calling potential customers, introducing our tutoring services, and convincing them to enroll in our online classes. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain our Quranic and academic tutoring services.
  • Understand the needs of the customers and persuade them to enroll in classes.
  • Answer inquiries about course details, pricing, and schedules.
  • Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain a record of calls, customer feedback, and enrollment status.
  • Work towards achieving monthly enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with the coordination team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.
  • Provide polite and professional customer service to maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or business development is a plus. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Confident and fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Ability to handle rejections and convince customers effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working in an office-based setting with a structured schedule.
