Job Description:

We are hiring Call Center Agents for a USA-based Lead Generation campaign.

This is not a sales job – your role is simply to speak with individuals in the U.S., follow a script, and generate interest by collecting basic information. You will not be selling any product or service.

This is a great opportunity for students, freshers, or part-timers who are looking to gain professional experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. individuals (cold calling)
  • Follow a pre-defined script professionally and clearly
  • Ask basic qualifying questions and record responses
  • Maintain a calm, respectful, and focused tone
  • Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets

Requirements:

  • Good spoken English communication skills
  • Confidence and convincing ability
  • Patience, focus, and a strong work ethic
  • Basic computer handling skills
  • Punctual and reliable attendance
