Senior Accounts Manager – E Dental Mart (Lahore)

E Dental Mart, Pakistan's leading e-commerce platform for dental instruments and materials, is seeking a Seasoned Senior Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team in Lahore.

Position: Senior Accounts Manager

Location: Lahore

Compensation: PKR 70K-100K (commensurate with experience)

We are looking for an accomplished professional with 15+ years of proven experience in healthcare, dental industry, or e-commerce operations, capable of designing and leading robust Accounting and Finance Systems across multiple business functions.Key Competencies & Responsibilities:-

Establish and maintain integrated accounting and financial control systems aligned with business growth.-Develop and monitor sales reconciliation, receivables, and expense control frameworks.

-Oversee dental inventory stock management and warehouse financial systems.

-Implement purchase department vigilance systems ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

-Build organizational accounting mechanisms and process workflows that enhance performance visibility and accountability.

Lead financial audits, reporting, and system automation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

*Strategic thinker with deep operational understanding of sales-finance linkages.

*Demonstrated ability to create systems from the ground up in a fast-growing organization.Experience in ERP or accounting automation (QuickBooks etc)preferred.
