Job Description:

We are hiring a Creative Head who is not only capable of leading the creative direction but is also fully hands-on with execution. This role requires strong expertise in graphic design, branding, and UI/UX, with a mindset focused on quality, originality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Personally design brand identities, social media posts, campaign visuals, presentations, UI/UX for apps/websites, and more.

Lead creative thinking while executing visual work across all ongoing projects.

Translate concepts and strategies into powerful, eye-catching designs.

Collaborate with marketing and production teams to deliver designs aligned with brand strategy.

Stay updated with design trends, user experience standards, and emerging tools.

Create and maintain design systems, visual libraries, and branding guidelines.

Lead and mentor a team of Design Department.

Take ownership of visual consistency of all ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both branding and UI/UX projects.

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant tools.

Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-tier creative output.

Experience working in a marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs200,000.00 per month
