Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Senior 4 year+ Laravel Developer located in Gujranwala
. The
Senior
Laravel
Developer will be responsible for back-end web development using Laravel, creating and maintaining high-quality software, and implementing robust and scalable technological solutions. The role involves collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements, utilizing object-oriented programming techniques, and optimizing application performance through efficient coding practices.

Required Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of
    PHP 8+
  • Strong experience with
    Laravel 11+
  • Extensive experience with MySQL, including query
    optimization
    ,
    advanced
    query writing, and
  • usage of query builders.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Object-Oriented Programming (
    OOP
    ),
  • Object-Oriented Design (
    OOD
    ), design patterns, and
    SOLID
    principles.
  • Proficiency in writing comprehensive unit and feature tests using Pest and PHPUnit.
  • Experience in
    modular and package
    development.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Livewire and Filament4 PHP.
  • Practical knowledge of
    Elasticsearch
    .
  • Strong familiarity with
    Docker, Dockerfiles, and Docker Compose.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly
    Git and GitLab.
  • Ability to conduct & participate effectively in code reviews, refactoring & enforcing best practices.
  • Proficiency in
    Redis and caching mechanisms.
  • Fluent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily
  • stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
