We specialize in USA-based master planning, site development, and permit drawing packages. We need a two separate individuals who can master both the technical precision required for US permit drawings and the artistic vision for large-scale projects.

The Role
:

We are looking for a meticulous and proficient Draftsman with expert-level skills in both AutoCAD and Revit. You will be instrumental in producing technical drawing sets for residential land development projects, including subdivision layouts, grading plans, utility plans, and other documentation required for city approval and construction in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit for US-based Residential, Site Plan and Master Plan projects.
• Develop subdivision layouts, road alignments, and lotting plans.
• Prepare permit drawing sets compliant with specific US standards.
• Collaborate with project leads to implement design changes and markups efficiently.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to layer standards, naming conventions, and office protocols.
• Conduct quality checks on your own work before submission.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working directly on US land development, site planning, or subdivision projects.
• Expert Proficiency in AutoCAD (non-negotiable).
• Expert Proficiency in Revit (non-negotiable).
• A solid portfolio demonstrating your technical drafting skills on large-scale plans.
• Strong understanding of US drafting conventions, scales, and viewport management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Civil 3D.
• Basic understanding of US zoning codes and permitting processes.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF markup software.
