Job Title: Sales Engineer / Sales Officer

Location: Gujrat – Head Office

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering, coupled with proven experience in technical sales, estimation, and client handling.

Education & Experience: BS (Mechanical / Civil / Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience or B.Tech with 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field Prior experience in technical sales, cost estimation, proposals, and client relationship management is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers

Perform cost estimation and prepare quotations/proposals

Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, QC) to ensure accurate delivery timelines

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets

Provide regular sales reports to the management

Skills & Competencies: Strong technical understanding of engineering products/processes

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel when required
