About Creaeza:

Creaeza is a digital agency focused on Digital Marketing, Web Development, and AI Automation. We're building an intelligent system called the Smart Growth Dashboard an AI-driven platform for lead tracking, performance analytics, and predictive insights.

We're now looking for a Senior Automation & API Integration Expert to help design and scale our automation infrastructure connecting tools, CRMs, APIs, and AI systems seamlessly.

Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and optimize automation workflows using n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.


• Build custom API integrations between CRMs, analytics tools, AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity), and databases.


• Manage real-time data pipelines for lead tracking, client scoring, and reporting.


• Develop custom webhooks, triggers, and nodes in n8n or via code.


• Integrate predictive insights and AI-generated summaries into dashboards.


• Create and maintain documentation for automations and API structures.


• Collaborate with developers to embed automation logic into the Smart Growth Dashboard.

Requirements


• 3+ years of professional experience in automation tools, API integrations, or workflow engineering.


• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange (JSON, XML).


• Proficiency in n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.


• Basic coding knowledge: JavaScript, , or Python.


• Experience connecting CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, etc.).


• Familiarity with AI tools or LLM-based integrations (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).


• Strong problem-solving mindset — can build solutions without over-engineering.


• Ability to document workflows clearly and manage multiple client integrations.

Preferred


• Worked with marketing automation or sales CRM workflows.


• Experience deploying automation at scale (multiple clients or high-frequency tasks).


• Experience integrating analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio).
