We're looking for a proactive and innovative
Marketing Executive
to lead the development and execution of 360° marketing strategies. From social media and events to content creation and digital campaigns, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and presence across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Campaigns
    : Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies—spanning social media, events, and digital campaigns—to elevate brand presence and engagement.
  • Social Media Management
    : Manage day-to-day operations of social platforms; create, curate, and schedule engaging content; analyze performance and optimize strategies.
  • Event Planning & Activation
    : Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, pop-ups, and activations to build community and increase brand awareness.
  • Campaign Development
    : Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, aligned with brand goals.
  • Creative Collaboration
    : Work closely with internal teams and external vendors (e.g. graphic designers, photographers, influencers) to develop engaging marketing materials and visual content.
  • Market Research
    : Stay informed on trends, consumer behavior, and industry shifts; apply insights to campaign planning and execution.
  • Performance Tracking
    : Monitor, measure, and report on marketing efforts to continuously improve strategy and ROI.
  • Content Production
    : Lead planning for photo and video shoots; coordinate models, locations, and creative direction; manage content calendars and publish content with compelling captions and hashtags.
  • Visual Strategy
    : Create visual moodboards, plan feed layouts, and coordinate with graphic designers to ensure cohesive brand aesthetics across platforms.
  • Community Management
    : Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive brand experience and encouraging conversation.
  • Media Buying & Paid Ads
    : Manage media buying strategies and run paid ad campaigns across platforms to enhance visibility and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role with strong digital and social media skills.
  • Experience in content creation, community management, and media buying.
  • Strong visual sense with an eye for design, photography, and branding.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
