Associate Category Manager

We're looking for a data-driven, strategic Amazon Category Manager to lead the growth, performance, and profitability of our supplement and wellness catalog on Amazon. You will own the full lifecycle of our Amazon product assortment—from launch to optimization—ensuring we're not just listed, but ranked, converting, and scaling.

This role requires expertise in Amazon marketplace strategy, performance marketing, retail readiness, and inventory planning. You'll work cross-functionally with creative, supply chain, compliance, and advertising teams to ensure every ASIN performs to its full potential. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of Amazon's algorithm, compliance nuances, and advertising tools—and is hungry to dominate our category through constant iteration, optimization, and expansion.

Duties & Responsibilities

Catalog Ownership & Growth Strategy

• Own the category roadmap and product assortment strategy for Amazon
• Identify opportunities for expansion, SKU rationalization, and pricing improvements
• Oversee listing performance across multiple ASINs and subcategories
• Collaborate with the product and brand teams to launch new items with velocity and visibility

Listing Optimization & Conversion

• Create and manage optimized, compliant listings using keyword-rich titles, bullet points, A+ Content, and images
• Run ongoing A/B tests on creative and copy using Amazon experiments, Tapita, or internal tools
• Ensure each listing meets brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and Amazon requirements

Advertising & Search Performance

• Partner with media buying and ad ops to align on Sponsored Product, Brand, and Display ad strategies
• Analyze PPC, keyword rankings, and organic performance; make tactical decisions to increase traffic and conversion
• Use tools like Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Search Query Performance to inform strategy

Inventory Planning & Operational Excellence

• Collaborate with operations and supply chain to forecast demand and manage replenishment
• Ensure listings are always retail-ready and in stock to maintain ranking and avoid penalties
• Monitor IPI scores, FBA performance, and return rates to avoid costly inefficiencies

Compliance Reviews & Brand Health Monitoring

• Ensure all listings remain within Amazon's compliance parameters (especially in supplements and health claims)
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain high ratings and seller trust
• Flag and manage suppression issues, violations, or competitor attacks with urgency

Reporting & Cross Functional Communication

• Own weekly reporting on sales, ACOS, TACOS, and category-level performance
• Identify underperforming SKUs and lead initiatives to revive or reposition them
• Collaborate with Creative, Email, and DTC teams to ensure brand cohesion across channels

Required

• 3–5+ years managing Amazon category performance in a CPG, wellness, or supplement brand
• Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Brand Registry, and retail readiness best practices
• Strong knowledge of PPC campaign structures and keyword targeting
• Fluent in listing SEO, Amazon algorithm dynamics, and FBA operations
• Comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends, and making growth recommendations
• Experience working with third-party tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Brand Analytics
• Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset
• Available to work from 9AM - 6PM EST and willing to work with a time tracking tool

Preferred

• Experience managing 7–8 figure Amazon revenue streams
• Familiarity with supplements regulatory compliance (FDA/DSHEA) in eCommerce environments
• Experience launching and scaling products on Amazon US and international marketplaces
• Working knowledge of DSP campaigns and external traffic drivers (e.g., TikTok, Meta)
• Cross-functional experience with creative, legal, or R&D teams in a growth environment

Pay: From Rs105,184.00 per month
