Retail Visual Merchandiser

About the Role:
As a Visual Merchandiser at Scents n Stories, you will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic identity of our outlets. You'll ensure every store reflects our brand's elegance through effective product placement, attractive displays, and well-maintained interiors that enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement visually appealing product displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure proper shelving, product placement, and outlet layout for maximum visibility and appeal.
- Maintain overall store aesthetics, including furniture arrangement, lighting, and décor.
- Collaborate with retail and marketing teams to execute visual themes for promotions, launches, and festive seasons.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure display consistency and upkeep.
- Monitor stock presentation and suggest improvements for space optimization.
- Train outlet staff on basic display standards and upkeep procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or lifestyle brands.
- Strong eye for design, color coordination, and visual appeal.
- Understanding of shelving techniques and product zoning.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets when required.
