Jaffer Business Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct detailed Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Present financial data and insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial executive or similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) and working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience or strong understanding of US business standards and US taxation is required.
