We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Academic Coordinator to lead the teaching and learning journey of our Junior Campus. This is a key leadership role, ensuring that every child's learning experience meets the highest educational standards.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee and ensure effective implementation of the academic calendar, curriculum plans, and learning outcomes.


• Supervise and mentor teachers through regular classroom observations, lesson reviews, and feedback sessions.


• Track students' progress and use data-driven insights to design academic interventions and enrichment programs.


• Lead professional development initiatives to enhance teaching quality and innovation in the classroom.


• Coordinate assessments, result analysis, and academic reporting to ensure alignment with school standards.


• Collaborate with the Head of Campus on school operations, staff development, and parent communication.


• Foster a positive and motivating learning culture across teachers and students.

Ideal Candidate Profile


• Bachelor's or Master's in Education / Educational Leadership (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).


• 4+ years of teaching experience and at least 2 years in an academic leadership or coordination role.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.


• Ability to lead with empathy, organization, and purpose in a dynamic school environment.
