About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and confident professional with expertise in pharmacy and nutraceuticals to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert consultation to clients, stay updated through continuous research, and contribute to branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients regarding the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.

· Actively manage customer/client engagement through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely responses and superior client satisfaction.

· Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, product innovations, and scientific developments to ensure up-to-date knowledge.

· Support the branding and market positioning of products by collaborating with the management team and contributing creative insights.

· Communicate complex information in simple and professional language in both English and Urdu.

· Represent the company with a high level of confidence, professionalism, and credibility in all external and internal interactions.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring recurring engagement and trust.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to stay updated with market and industry advancements.
  • Bilingual fluency: Proficient in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
  • Outstanding confidence and communication skills (10/10 presence when interacting with clients).
  • Proven ability in client engagement and relationship management.
  • Creative and proactive approach towards branding and market awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
