Regulatory Affairs and Business Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Affairs

  • Assist in preparing and submitting registration dossiers of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products in line with DRAP regulations.
  • Keep a record of all communications with DRAP officials and respond to queries, follow-ups, and inspections.
  • Ensure timely product renewals, variations, and updates.
  • Assist in coordination with international suppliers for technical documentation (CTD, CPPs, GMPs, CoAs, etc.)
  • Maintain proper documentation of regulatory records and track submission progress.
  • Review promotional materials and packaging for regulatory compliance

Business Development

  • Assist in the identification and evaluation of new products, licensing, and partnership opportunities with local and international pharma companies.
  • Conduct market analysis and product feasibility studies.
  • Assist in communicating and negotiating with global principals and suppliers.
  • Support in contract preparation, pricing strategies, and product launch planning.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Pharm-D (mandatory). Additional qualifications in
    Business Administration or Marketing will be a plus
    .
  • Experience:
    Fresh-1 year in regulatory affairs and/or business development
    .
    Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge:
    DRAP regulations, dossier compilation, international pharma-documentation.
  • Skills:

Strong communication & negotiation

Excellent organizational & analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English and Urdu
