Job Description:
Kodifly is seeking a proactive and strategic
Marketing Associate II
to strengthen our digital presence and contribute to our lead generation and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing and content coordination, with a strong interest in technology, infrastructure, and AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Execution:
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage SEO, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Monitor performance analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Content Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and address customer pain points.
  • Plan and execute the content calendar for all digital platforms ensuring consistent engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Oversee the distribution of content across all digital channels.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to align marketing campaigns with business and product objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across campaigns.
  • Support reporting on campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content strategy, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, lead generation, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, SEO/SEM, and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
