Devnest is looking for an experienced and independent
PR & Influencer Marketing Manager
 who can handle influencer campaigns end-to-end from identifying the right influencers and managing negotiations to executing campaigns and reporting results.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

· Identify, approach, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.

· Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.

· Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to align influencer content with brand goals.

· Manage campaign execution, track deliverables, and ensure timely content delivery.

· Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI).

· Maintain a database of influencers and establish long-term relationships.

· Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, tools, and social media updates.

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, or talent management (preferably in an agency setting).

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple campaigns independently and meet deadlines.

· Familiarity with influencer discovery & tracking tools.

· Basic reporting & analytics knowledge.

Other Details:

Timings: 9 am to 5 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Gulshan Iqbal, block-10, Karachi
