PR & Marketing Manager - VICPAK, Karachi

VICPAK seeks an accomplished PR & Marketing Manager to drive student enrollment and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a strategic professional with a proven record in education sector marketing, recruitment, and institutional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-impact marketing and recruitment strategies to significantly increase student enrollment.

Cultivate and maintain robust partnerships with educational institutions across relevant regions (including Islamabad/Rawalpindi) to promote VICPAK.

Serve as the primary representative for the VICPAK brand, actively promoting services to prospective students, schools, colleges, and universities.

Manage and optimize all social media channels, including content creation, calendar management, and engagement tracking.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis (trends, competition, customer behavior) to inform strategic decision-making.

Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and manage the planning and execution of online and on-campus promotional events.

Skillfully negotiate engagement terms with local institutional partners.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of proven experience in PR and Marketing, ideally within the education/consulting sector.

Demonstrable strong connections and established networks within local educational institutions.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proven success in implementing effective marketing and student recruitment campaigns.

Expertise in social media management and content strategy.
