Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PHP Laravel Programmer with over 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing open source solutions and building highly impactful and high-growth applications.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain PHP Laravel applications following best practices and industry standards.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) approaches in the development process.

- Design and develop WordPress plugins that integrate with various services APIs and cater to mass audiences.

- Scale Laravel applications effectively to accommodate growing user bases and increasing demands.

- Ensure the security and performance of applications through proactive measures and optimizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver outstanding solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas to projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional experience in PHP Laravel development.

- Certification in Laravel or PHP is highly desirable.

- Extensive experience in writing open-source solutions and building high-growth applications.

- Proficiency in BDD and TDD approaches.

- Strong expertise in WordPress plugin development, including integration with services APIs and scalability for mass audiences.

- In-depth knowledge of scaling applications built with Laravel.

- Familiarity with Nginx and Forge Laravel for deployment and management.

- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on large-scale projects with high traffic volumes.

- Contribution to open-source projects and communities.
