Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PHP Laravel Developer to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for back-end web development, ERP system management, and collaboration with the front-end team. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You will be expected to work independently on projects, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and lead or guide junior team members when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize back-end web applications using PHP (Laravel framework).
  • Work on ERP systems including customization, module development, and integration.
  • Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Guide and support team members when needed to maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in back-end web development using PHP and Laravel.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Previous experience working on ERP systems is a must.
  • Proficiency in front-end development technologies; hands-on experience with is a plus.
  • Strong programming and software development skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning.
