Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outreach Specialist. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with clients and community partners, conducting research, managing community outreach initiatives, and providing top-notch customer service. The specialist will also be involved in effective communication and writing tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service abilities and experience
  • Proficiency in conducting Research and managing Community Outreach initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
