We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven
Outbound Sales Specialist
to join our expanding international sales team in Multan. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives on achieving targets, and enjoys connecting with new clients to create meaningful business opportunities in the
US, UK, and Canadian markets
.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
to engage with potential clients. - Identify client needs and introduce company products or services effectively.
- Qualify leads and generate interest for further discussions or demos.
- Schedule
appointments and sales calls
for the closing team. - Follow up on warm leads and ensure consistent pipeline activity.
- Maintain detailed records in
CRM systems
(HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Go High Level). - Meet and exceed
daily/weekly KPIs
for outreach, lead qualification, and opportunities created. - Collaborate with closers and management to improve sales performance and strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent
English communication skills
(written & spoken);
US/UK accent
is a plus. - Prior experience in
B2B/B2C outbound sales, cold calling, or business development
. - Strong confidence in engaging international clients via
phone, email, and LinkedIn
. - Proven ability to meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with
CRM tools
and sales pipeline management preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement and follow-up.
- Must be able to
work on-site
(Multan office),
Monday to Friday
.
