Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Relations Associate to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to build strong and positive relationships. You will handle inquiries, provide guidance, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping students and families.

Your daily responsibilities will include:


• Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely support.
