Moonshot Animation is Hiring – Project Coordinator

Location: NASTP, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Position: Project Coordinator (Full-Time)

Moonshot Animation, a fast-growing studio specializing in animation and technology-driven projects, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating both creative and tech-based projects, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and efficient workflow across departments. In addition to excellent coordination and communication abilities, candidates must also have expertise in one of the following creative areas: Video Editing / Graphic Design /2D Animation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities across teams.
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain effective communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare reports and assist management in project planning and resource allocation.
  • Contribute creatively or technically to project execution based on skill set.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Media Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in one or more creative tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tech or digital production workflows is a plus.
