We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic software team. The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between clients, the sales team, and the product development department ensuring seamless communication, smooth project execution, and timely delivery of quality software solutions.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys organizing, communicating, and problem-solving within a fast-paced software development environment.

Location: Clifton Block-5, Karachi Division, Sindh.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication between clients, sales, and development teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and progress reports.
  • Track and monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate internal meetings and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.
  • Support the project manager in planning and executing multiple software projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain up-to-date status reports and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role within a software house or IT company.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to translate technical details into business language.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client communication and requirements gathering.
  • Familiarity with FSDs, BRDs, and other project documentation standards.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web/mobile development processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers, designers, and QA teams.
