Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy, with at least 3 years of proven experience in driving growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify market trends, generate leads, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a BD Team to achieve collective targets.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales or client management (IT industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a BD team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: Rs180, Rs220,000.00 per month
