About the Role:
Mindrind is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in managing Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, writing winning proposals, and maintaining long-term client relationships to boost business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Generate quality leads and close new business opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team for project execution.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development (Upwork, Fiverr & LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital services and the IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
