Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive (Sugar Trader) located in Karachi Division. The Sales Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, performing lead generation, and maintaining productive business relationships. The role also involves communicating effectively with stakeholders and developing strategies to promote growth and increase revenue.
Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Drive sales of sugar and other commodities (palm, soybean meal, ethanol, wheat, maize, etc.) in Afghanistan & Pakistan
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Economics, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Build strong client relationships using Pashto /Urdu/English/Dari
- Manage end-to-end sales, negotiations, bids , and deal closures
- Provide market insights, monitor trends , and support shipper engagement.
- Strong proficiency in Communication and Business skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
