We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & SEO Specialist to manage and expand our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, design compelling visuals using Canva, participate in SEO activities, and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Design high-quality graphics, banners, and digital marketing materials using Canva.
  • Assist with SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic content improvements.
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activity to strengthen content strategy.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries across all platforms.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotional content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design skills.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent writing skills for captions and content creation.
  • Ability to create engaging content and stay updated with social media trends.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
