Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team on a night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM, mandatory, on-site).

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth through creative digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to queries, and engage with followers.
  • Conduct competitor research, analyze trends, and suggest innovative ideas to improve reach and engagement.
  • Track, measure, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing tools for reels.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, tools, and algorithms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends, aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Willingness to work on-site during night shifts (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Knowledge of digital advertising basics (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Prior internship or freelance experience in social media marketing.

Deal Breaker:

  • This is an on-site position only (remote work is not allowed).
  • Availability for the night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM) is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
