Position Overview:We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our clients' online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and content creation. This role is essential in helping our clients build their brands, grow their audience, and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Competitor Analysis:
• Develop and implement creative social media strategies tailored to each client's brand and goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, strategies, and areas for improvement.
• Suggest innovative approaches to keep clients ahead in their industries.
• Content Creation & Curation:
• Generate fresh content ideas and create engaging posts tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Write captivating captions and ensure the use of relevant and trending hashtags to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule and manage posts across various platforms using social media management tools.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure alignment with clients' branding.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, growth, and areas of improvement.
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Community Engagement & Growth:
• Build and nurture online communities by interacting with followers, responding to queries, and encouraging engagement.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, likes, shares, and overall brand presence.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when required.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent writing skills for captions, hashtags, and creative ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and insights.
• Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on social media trends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing is a plus.
