
Business Development Representative

At Innovador Solutions - Software House, we drive innovation through software solutions. We're seeking a proactive, client-facing Business Development Representative to expand our business and connect clients with tailored technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Evaluate marketing leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Sales Outreach: Engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Present our solutions, understand client needs, and customize product offerings.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, account executives, and technical teams.
- Travel: Attend client meetings, presentations, and proposal sessions as needed.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Development
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; proven client-facing experience.
- Bilingual Preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with travel.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: Rs50,000 – Rs100,000 per month plus commission.
