We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in outbound calling and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments.
  • Utilize provided data and tools to connect with clients across multiple regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to uncover further business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through proactive outreach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Prior experience or understanding of the Facilities Maintenance (FM) industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Availability for night shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Monday to Friday).
  • Experience in international sales, supply chain, procurement, or logistics is a plus.
