Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leads Executive DME and ACA located in the Karachi Division. The Leads Executive will be responsible for managing lead generation activities, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include calling and following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of communication, and collaborating with team members to optimize lead generation strategies. The role requires commitment to achieving sales targets and continuous improvement in performance.

Qualifications

  • Must have one year of experience in Dme and Aca
  • ead Generation, Customer Engagement, and Sales skills
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Experience in Data Management and Record Keeping
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and other Lead Management Tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a call center or similar environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Location: Shahrah e Faisal

Timings : 6:30pm to 3:30am

Working days: Monday to Friday
