Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Experienced DME Agents located in Karachi Division. The DME Agents will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up on potential sales opportunities, and maintaining customer records. They will also be tasked with providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation ,Aca and managing inbound/outbound calls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer records and data entry
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve client inquiries effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Experience with CRM software and telecommunication systems is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Location:Shahrah e Faisal

Timings: 06:30pm to 04:00am

Working days : Monday to Friday
