As a
Mechanical Supervisor
, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, reliable, and efficient plant operations — maintaining the heart of production through technical expertise and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the
  mechanical maintenance team
  handling machines such as printing presses, laminators, slitters, rewinders, and auxiliaries.
• Plan and execute
  preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
  schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, perform troubleshooting, and ensure
  timely repairs
  to minimize downtime.
• Manage
  spare parts inventory
  , plan procurement, and ensure cost-effective utilization.
• Collaborate with
  Production
  and
  Electrical/Automation
  teams to resolve cross-functional technical challenges.
• Ensure all systems adhere to
  Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
  standards.
• Maintain detailed
  maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and preventive schedules
  in ERP systems.
• Support
  installation, commissioning, and modification
  of new machinery and equipment.
• Mentor and train
  junior technicians
  on safe and efficient maintenance practices.

Qualification Requirements:

• Education:
  DAE or Bachelor's Degree in
  Mechanical Engineering
  .
• Experience:
  4–6 years of relevant experience in
  mechanical maintenance
  within
  packaging, printing, or process manufacturing industries
  .

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth understanding of
  rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine alignment
  .
• Strong hands-on experience in
  mechanical troubleshooting and repair
  .
• Familiarity with
  ERP systems
  for maintenance reporting (Odoo preferred).
• Ability to
  read and interpret mechanical drawings
  and technical manuals.
• Excellent
  leadership, communication, and problem-solving
  skills.
