Responsible for handling office errands, deliveries, and basic administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, cheques, and other items as required.
  • Run office errands such as banking, post office visits, and supplier pickups.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, including kitchen, meeting areas, and workstations.
  • Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors.
  • responsible for photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical tasks.
  • Support administrative staff with routine tasks as assigned.
  • Must Have Own Bike
  • Follow all safety and traffic regulations while on duty.

Requirements:

  • Valid motorcycle driving license.
  • Familiarity with city routes and locations.
  • Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Basic understanding of office routines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Office Timings : Mon to Sat ( 11:00am to 07:30pm )

Location : Nazimabad No .2 Karachi
