Laundry Xpress is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage HR operations in a fast-paced service environment. The ideal candidate will handle the complete employee lifecycle — from recruiting operational staff like riders, pressmen, and helpers to managing attendance, payroll, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions, especially riders, pressmen, drivers, and delivery staff.
  • Conduct onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain updated employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Implement and enforce company HR policies in all Laundry Xpress branches.
  • Monitor employee punctuality, behavior, and performance across operational teams.
  • Coordinate employee welfare and engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Manage offboarding, final settlements, and ensure smooth handover of duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1 years of HR experience, preferably in a service-based company.
  • Proven experience in hiring blue-collar staff (riders, helpers, pressmen, etc.) is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month
