Role Description

BillingFreedom is looking for a
Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA)
to join our growing team in
Lahore
. This is an
on-site position
, offering you the opportunity to work closely with our healthcare clients and support their daily clinical and administrative needs.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Pharmacist with a Pharm.D. degree or equivalent
  • Experience in patient consultation and providing drug information and education
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medications, and drug therapies
  • Proficiency in maintaining patient records and managing inventory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
