Role Overview

We are seeking a
qualified and licensed Pharmacist
to join our team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, patient counselling, inventory management, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately dispense prescription and non-prescription medicines.
  • Provide patient counselling on dosage, interactions, and side effects.
  • Conduct medication therapy reviews and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Supervise pharmacy assistants/technicians to ensure proper dispensing practices.;;;
  • Ensure storage and handling of medicines in compliance with DRAP standards.
  • Maintain documentation for controlled substances and ensure audit readiness.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and stock rotation to prevent shortages/expiry.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with
    DRAP, Punjab Healthcare Commission, and SECP
    requirements.

Qualifications

  • Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy)
    from an HEC-recognized institution (mandatory).
  • Valid Pharmacy Council of Pakistan registration
    (Category A license).
  • Must be registered with the
    Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP)
    .
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy (fresh graduates may also apply if licensed).
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and dispensing regulations.
  • Proficiency in maintaining prescription records and handling controlled substances.
  • Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
  • Strong ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
