Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst - Marketing (Analytics) based in Lahore. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, developing data models, and using statistical tools to interpret complex data sets. Leverage descriptive and diagnostic data analytics to identify actionable insights that inform KPIs and support marketing plans. They will also be required to communicate findings to stakeholders and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mines, organizes, and visualizes multiple data sets including POS, media activity, promotional calendars, store operational metrics.
  • Leverages robust statistical and machine learning methodologies to analyze data and create predictive models leveraging disparate data that reveal insights about drivers of consumer demand, promotional lift, ROI and ROAS.
  • Conducts data mining and analysis of consumer data from CDP systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Craft compelling presentations that translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Alteryx etc.).
  • Familiarity and experience with data visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, and/or Tableau
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced statistical analyses including regression, market basket, customer segmentation etc.
  • Translate results into executive presentations via PowerPoint, Excel, and/or dashboards.
