Outbound Customer Sale Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Outbound Customer Sales Representative / Sales Executive to handle outbound calls. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences while contributing to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Present product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers effectively to drive sales.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
- Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely coordination for delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, leads, and sales data in CRM and Google Sheets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer objections and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Meet and exceed assigned outbound sales and service targets.
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, responses, and outcomes.
- Adhere to company communication protocols and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in customer service and/or outbound sales.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
