Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Outbound Sales Representative
to join our Islamabad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our training and recruitment services, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
  • Present and promote Future Connect's training and recruitment services to new and existing customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate service recommendations.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Target-driven with a self-motivated attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Urdu proficiency is an asset.
